All orders in Canada ship from Delta, BC. We ship as promptly as possible, we aim to have your order out the door in 1-2 business days. Tracking information is sent via email once your order is in route.
RETURNS
We accept returns on non sale items that are not used in brand new condition with packaging within 20 days of purchase. Contact: info@remindinsoles.com for a return number and instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs & insurance. Once return is received we will notify you and either complete an exchange or refund you.
